Privacy notice
How information is handled on the NitroEcho website.
Last updated: September 16, 2026
1. Scope
This notice describes the current informational website presented under the NitroEcho brand. The creator program is not open. This website does not currently provide creator accounts, channel connections, applications, uploads, or payments.
Information about those services will be provided before they become available. This notice does not describe an operating royalty or payout service.
2. Information involved in your visit
The website’s hosting and delivery services may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and request timestamps, to deliver and secure the site. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure.
While access is restricted, the hosting service may require you to sign in and process account information to determine whether you can view the site. NitroEcho does not receive your password through this website.
The page loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve those fonts, which can disclose technical request information such as your IP address. Google’s handling of that request is described in Google’s privacy policy.
3. Messages you choose to send
If you contact us through an available contact channel, your message and the contact details you provide are used to respond and address the issue you raise. Please share only information needed for your inquiry.
This website has no contact submission form or mailing-list signup. Clicking an email link, when available, opens your email application; it does not automatically send a message.
4. Cookies and tracking
NitroEcho has not added advertising pixels, visitor analytics scripts, or browser-storage tracking to these pages. The hosting service may use cookies or similar technology for sign-in, security, and access control. Those services operate under their own policies, including OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Your browser settings can manage cookies. Blocking cookies required by the hosting service may prevent access to a restricted site.
5. Access, disclosure, and retention
Messages are intended for the team members and service providers needed to respond to them. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by law or to address security and rights concerns. This website does not contain a feature that sells personal information or shares it for targeted advertising.
Hosting providers manage technical records under their own retention policies. Inquiry records should be retained only as needed to resolve the inquiry and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations; no fixed retention period is promised here.
6. Your questions and choices
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, or other uses of your personal information. Use the contact page for the current contact channel. Requests relating to information controlled independently by a hosting provider may need to be directed to that provider.
7. Children and updates
This website is not directed to children under 13 and does not offer a child signup service. Please do not send personal information about children through an inquiry.
We will update this notice when the website’s information practices change. The date above identifies the latest update.
